De Fik Erin Braairub No.1 (DFI-1)
A unique rub that works deliciously on pork, chicken, lamb and fish. Use it through the 'bobotie' (or any other oven dish), curry, or even on your ommelette. Braairub No.1 is a versatile mix of spices which can be used as dry rub as well as a addition to numerous dishes.
When your meat is rubbed and placed onto your braai, oven, kettle, kamado or smoker, you will smell the delicious scent of Braairub No. 1.
De Fik Erin Braairub No.2 (DFI-2)
Braairub No 2. is a delicious all-purpose rub that will appear a bit more familiar for the average BBQ-chef. That's because of the smoked paprika powder. Although this is a very unique rub because combination with other herbs and spices that ensure a somewhat spicy after taste.
The mix of sweet and spicy and just a pinch of salt make sure that this rub is perfect for dishes with bacon like MOINK-balls.
But also amazing on chicken wings, spareribs, pulled pork, etc.
