Nothing says “culinary event” quite like the sight of succulent meats or rows of whole birds delicately basting away in their own juices while slowly turning on the rotisserie steel.
The rotation cooks the meat evenly in its own juices (self-basting) as the fats and juices are rendered out during cooking, dripping down and over the turning meat.
Meats are placed in the middle of the rotisserie skewer and secured firmly with the prongs.
